This is the month of retrieval, where we begin finding the pieces of you tucked beneath titles, roles, relationships, religion, motherhood, success, money, respectability and all the identities that may once have created safety, while learning to recognize the difference between the self you have constructed and the deeper, wilder self that has never stopped calling you home.

There is an ancient intelligence carried within the feminine that has survived every attempt to sever us from it: the knowing of body and blood, birth and death, creation and destruction, desire and instinct, earth and season, the visible world and the mysteries moving beneath it. It is the wisdom of life itself, the sacred intelligence through which women have tended thresholds, bodies, homes, communities, rituals, grief, birth, death, healing, story and the mysteries of becoming across generations. You carry some ember of that knowing within you.

And once it begins burning again, it becomes increasingly difficult to remain inside a life built around your own diminishment. Lilith carries us into the mystery of the woman who would rather enter the wilderness than remain inside a paradise that requires her to extinguish that flame, and into the deeper stories we carry about what happens when we become too powerful, too visible, too wealthy, too magical, too desirous, too outspoken or too fully ourselves to remain palatable. Her exile becomes more than refusal. It becomes fidelity to the sacred knowing within her.
Because sometimes the ache for more is not evidence that you are ungrateful for the garden you have created. Sometimes it is the part of you that remembers the vastness of life pressing against the walls, asking why you have built something so small around a soul capable of holding so much. After retrieving the Wild Skin, our second initiation therefore asks a more dangerous question:What agreements have kept you from wearing it, and what becomes possible when the divine feminine within you is finally allowed to determine the size of your life?

We enter the historical and folkloric evolution of Lilith alongside the modern archetype she has become, carefully distinguishing ancient source material from later interpretation as we explore exile, demonization, feminine refusal and the moment when the life you were told should be enough becomes too small for the self attempting to emerge. We will explore the divine feminine knowledge and the demonization of a woman's, "knowing."

We enter the deeper arts of past-life and symbolic journeying, exiled-self retrieval, vow identification and breaking, soul reclamation, threshold magic, spiritual containment and the opening and closing of journey space. You will learn how to meet the aspects of yourself that may still be carrying old stories around visibility, wealth, power, magic, desire, obedience, silence or belonging, whether what arises is understood as past-life memory, ancestral or archetypal material, imagery from the psyche or something you choose to leave within mystery. Rather than simply attempting to destroy an old belief, we will ask what it once protected, honor the intelligence beneath the protection, retrieve the part of you that was exiled alongside it and ceremonially release the vows that no longer belong to the life you are here to inhabit.

Through Leaving the Garden, we bring those old agreements into the life you are living now, examining where you may still be making yourself palatable for family, religion, relationships, audiences, money, success or the identity through which you have learned to belong. We will explore where you have become exceptionally good at succeeding inside a garden that can no longer contain you, what your smallness has protected you from, what your expansion might require, and what becomes possible when you stop organizing your work, wealth, relationships and desires around remaining recognizable to the people who knew an earlier version of you. You will cross this threshold by releasing the agreements you are no longer willing to live beneath and reclaiming the pieces of self they once required you to exile.

THE SEASONAL THREAD
Yule carries us into the longest night and the mystery of the returning light, where we work with winter darkness, sacred flame, death and rebirth, learning what it means to tend the smallest ember of a new life before there is evidence that the light will return.

THE PRACTITIONER THREAD
You begin learning the architecture of guided past-life and symbolic journey work, including how to open, contain and close journey space, facilitate imagery without leading someone toward a predetermined story, work responsibly with experiences that cannot be objectively verified and guide reclamation without positioning yourself as the authority over what another person's experience means. You will also begin developing a framework for exiled-self and vow-reclamation work that can eventually deepen the coaching, healing, creative, ceremonial or spiritual spaces you already hold, learning how to help another person encounter an old agreement, understand what it protected, reclaim what was left behind and consciously choose what she will carry forward.

And beneath the entire month lives Lilith's question: What if the garden really is beautiful, and it is still too small for the life you are here to live?

There was once a place at the foot of Mount Parnassus where kings, generals, lawmakers and seekers traveled across the ancient world because they believed a woman could hear what others could not. At Delphi, the Pythia entered the temple of Apollo and took her place upon the prophetic seat, becoming the living Oracle through whom divine counsel was sought. People arrived carrying the questions human beings have always carried: whether to leave or remain, whether to build or destroy, what the future held, what the gods required, and which road should be taken when no road offered certainty. And yet the Oracle rarely offered the clean certainty we still hunger for now. Her language could be symbolic, layered and requiring interpretation, because sacred knowing has never always arrived as a perfectly articulated answer. Sometimes it comes as an image you cannot forget, a dream that follows you into morning, a card that lands with impossible precision, an animal appearing at the threshold, a sentence that moves through your body before your mind understands why, or the persistent knowing that something in your life has ended long before anything externally has changed. The priestess learns to listen there.

Through the Oracle of Delphi and the Pythia, we enter the mysteries of prophecy, sacred knowing, symbolic language and the long history of humans seeking conversation with the unseen.

There are lives we can create through addition, through learning more, building more, becoming more, while there are other thresholds that refuse to open until we are willing to become less attached to everything that once told us who we were. Inanna enters the Underworld adorned as the Queen of Heaven, carrying the crown, jewels and regalia of her power, and at each of the Seven Gates she is required to surrender another piece until nothing remains between her and the mystery she came to meet. She descends. She dies. She hangs in the Underworld. And eventually, she rises. Through Inanna, we enter one of the oldest initiatory patterns carried through human story: death, descent, dissolution, return and rebirth, learning that becoming is cyclical and that the life you desire will ask you, again and again, to release identities that were once sacred to you. For the priestess, death and rebirth become a language she learns to recognize while she is living them, so that an ending does not always become evidence that she has failed, lost her magic or taken the wrong road. Sometimes the falling away is the initiation itself. This month we walk the path of the sacred spiral and remember the architecture that exists outside of us, also exists within us. Woman as the original portal.

We descend into the ancient Mesopotamian story of Inanna and the Seven Gates, exploring the stripping of her regalia, her death in the Underworld and eventual return as a mythic architecture for cyclical becoming, while asking what changes when you understand that there will never be one final version of you to arrive at and preserve forever.

We enter the priestess arts of death and rebirth through spiral womb activation, symbolic burial, fire and cauldron work, death altars, release rites, ritual disrobing and ceremonial practices for consciously marking the end of identities, relationships, bodies of work, seasons and eras. You will learn how to construct rites of death, release and rebirth that allow transformation to be witnessed rather than rushed, while exploring the magical significance of liminal periods when the old has ended and the new has not yet taken recognizable form. How to work with the feminine as the spiral itself.

Through The Seven Gates, you identify what each gate is asking you to remove, including the identities, accomplishments, roles, beliefs, attachments and definitions of success that may once have carried enormous meaning but cannot accompany you into the next cycle.

We bring the death-and-rebirth cycle directly into money, business, relationships and leadership, exploring whether you can allow an offer to die, an identity to dissolve, an old income ceiling to become irrelevant, a body of work to evolve or an entire era to end without immediately resurrecting what is familiar simply because the void makes you uncomfortable. You begin learning the sacred art of letting something actually die before demanding to know what will replace it.

Through Imbolc and the first stirring beneath frozen ground, we meet the paradox of death and beginning existing simultaneously, tending sacred flame while remembering that the first evidence of new life often begins where the eye cannot yet see it.

THE PRACTITIONER THREAD
You learn how to recognize and ceremonially hold endings, identity deaths and transitional seasons for others, including the architecture of grief and release rites, the importance of allowing liminal space before forcing rebirth. The deeper initiation becomes learning to trust the spiral: Something dies. Something remains beneath the earth. Something returns changed. 

We are often given Persephone as the maiden who was taken into darkness, while paying far less attention to the figure she becomes there: Queen of the Underworld, receiver of the dead, keeper of mysteries and a feminine authority whose throne exists precisely in the place others fear to enter. This month, we are no longer asking how to escape the Underworld. We are asking what happens when you realize some part of you belongs there.

The Dark Feminine holds everything that respectable womanhood has struggled to make palatable: rage, appetite, eroticism, grief, power, instinct, boundaries, destruction, vengeance, ambition, taboo, death, mystery and the capacity to say no without immediately softening the edges of the refusal. These qualities do not make the feminine less sacred.
They reveal how incomplete our understanding of sacred femininity becomes when we allow her to exist only as softness, beauty, receptivity, nurturing and light. Persephone initiates us into the chamber beneath that story. She asks you to meet the parts of yourself you have labeled too dark, too hungry, too sexual, too angry, too ambitious, too intimidating, too strange or too powerful, and to discover what happens when you stop treating them as shadows that must be healed out of existence and begin developing a conscious relationship with the power they carry.

We enter the ancient Greek traditions surrounding Persephone as both maiden and formidable Underworld queen, exploring descent, the pomegranate, seasonal return, death and her chthonic authority while examining how later cultural retellings have shaped the Persephone most of us were taught to recognize. Her story becomes our doorway into the Dark Feminine, asking what feminine power looks like when it no longer requires innocence, sweetness or palatability in order to call itself sacred.

THE TEMPLE — SCHOOL OF MAGIC
We enter chthonic and shadow-facing priestess arts through underworld altar work, shadow divination, mirror and black-water scrying, ritual work with rage and taboo emotion, boundary rites, shadow work, descent meditation and practices for consciously encountering the parts of self we have pushed beyond the edges of our acceptable identity.
Rather than attempting to purge darkness from ourselves, we learn how to approach the inner dark feminine material with discernment, containment and curiosity, while exploring how the priestess can work symbolically with the Underworld. 

THE INITIATION — SCHOOL OF SELF
Through The Pomegranate Rite, you descend toward the aspects of yourself you have been most reluctant to claim and ask what power has been buried alongside them. We explore the rage that may contain a boundary, the envy that may reveal desire, the hunger that may expose how little you have allowed yourself to receive, the ambition you were taught to disguise, the sensuality you learned to police, the authority you softened so others would remain comfortable and the parts of your magic you kept hidden because being fully seen felt dangerous. Then we bring that reclaimed Dark Feminine into the places where power becomes tangible: how you lead, how you sell, how much money you permit yourself to desire, what you tolerate, what you create, what you refuse, what you ask for and how much of your actual power is allowed to enter the room with you. The question is no longer simply what have I hidden? It becomes: what becomes available when I stop being afraid of my own depth?

THE SEASONAL THREAD
As the Spring Equinox returns us toward emergence, Persephone carries the wisdom of the woman who rises from beneath the earth changed by what she has encountered there, reminding us that true emergence does not require leaving our darkness behind.
We return carrying it as wisdom.

THE PRACTITIONER THREAD
You deepen your capacity to hold shadow, taboo emotion and expressions of feminine power without rushing to sanitize, spiritualize or resolve them, learning practices of symbolic inquiry, shadow-oriented divination, ritual containment and integration that can responsibly deepen the spaces you hold for others. 

Eventually, the path disappears. There comes a place in every initiation where there is no oracle telling you which direction to turn, no familiar identity to return to, and no map drawn by someone who has already lived your exact life. There is only the forest, the strange hut standing at its edge, the old woman beside the fire, and the question of whether you have learned to recognize what is true when no one else can tell you. Baba Yaga belongs to this territory.

Across Slavic folklore she appears in many forms, sometimes threatening, sometimes helpful, often profoundly ambiguous, dwelling beyond the edges of ordinary civilization in a hut surrounded by strange signs of death, fire and power. Those who find her are rarely handed wisdom freely; they are given tasks, tested in discernment, asked to work, to listen, to recognize what belongs from what does not, and to know when a question has crossed into territory that is not theirs to enter. She cannot easily be made into benevolent grandmother or simple villain, because part of her mystery is precisely that wild wisdom does not always arrive in a form designed to make you comfortable. By Month Six, you have retrieved your Wild Skin, left the too-small garden, opened the Oracle, died at Inanna’s Seven Gates and encountered the Dark Feminine with Persephone. Now you enter the forest and discover whether you can trust yourself there.

THE MYSTERY — SCHOOL OF MYTH
Through Baba Yaga and the old Slavic tales surrounding her, with particular attention to the story of Vasilisa, we enter the archetypal forest where civilization ends and instinct becomes necessary, exploring the hut as threshold, the impossible task as initiation, the old woman as keeper of wild wisdom, and the strange gifts that can only be received after we have developed enough discernment to meet them. Vasilisa enters the forest carrying the small doll given to her by her mother, encounters Baba Yaga, completes seemingly impossible tasks and eventually leaves carrying fire in a skull. Her story becomes a map for learning to distinguish the voices within you, to feed what guides you, to recognize which questions are yours to ask, and to discover the kind of knowing that can only be earned through lived encounter.

THE TEMPLE — SCHOOL OF MAGIC
We enter the wild arts of the priestess through instinctive magic, magical discernment, spirit-of-place relationship, animist practice, sacred fire, bone and ancestral symbolism, threshold work, magical housekeeping and the ritual power hidden within ordinary acts of tending. Through the hut as living temple, you will deepen your relationship with the spirit and character of your home, land and working spaces, learning how tending flame, sweeping, washing, preparing food, crossing thresholds and caring for the physical world around you can become acts of sacred relationship when approached with intention. Through Baba Yaga’s fire, we explore flame as illumination, transformation, protection and living presence, learning how to tend sacred fire and asking what inner flame must remain alive when you are moving through a season without a map. Through bones, skulls and what remains, we enter the symbolic wisdom of the skeleton as the structure beneath the flesh, exploring what is left when the unnecessary has been stripped away and what your own bones know beneath the noise of expectation, performance and conditioning. We deepen spirit-of-place and land relationship, learning how to observe before interpreting, practice reciprocity, make appropriate offerings and cultivate relationship with the places that actually hold your life. And beneath all of these practices, Baba Yaga initiates us into one of the most important magical arts a priestess can develop: discernment, learning when to trust an intuitive hit and when to wait, when fear carries useful information and when it is keeping you small, when curiosity is leading you deeper into mystery and when you are reaching for knowledge that is not yours to possess, and how to distinguish spiritual experience from the meaning we sometimes rush to place upon it.

Through The Skull Lantern, we explore what happens when you can no longer outsource the map for the life you are creating, examining where your business, money, relationships, creativity and identity have moved beyond the advice and rules that once served you, and where following someone else’s path has become easier than trusting the intelligence of your own. Like Vasilisa sorting Baba Yaga’s impossible piles, you will begin separating what belongs to you from what does not: desire from expectation, intuition from fear, devotion from obligation, your work from what you were taught successful work should look like, and your own voice from the chorus of voices you have accumulated along the way. The skull lantern becomes the symbol of the wisdom you carry because you have walked through the forest yourself, the knowing that cannot be downloaded from a teacher, certification, book or oracle because it has been forged through lived encounter. You leave the forest carrying your own fire.

THE SEASONAL THREAD
As spring moves deeper into emergence and Beltane approaches, we enter the mysteries of wild fertility, sacred fire, sensual aliveness, sap rising and the intelligence of the living land, noticing what survived winter and is now insisting upon growth. Our seasonal practice brings us into deeper relationship with the animate world around us through observation, reciprocity, offerings and the simple discipline of learning the rhythms, beings and changes of the land where our own lives are taking place.

THE PRACTITIONER THREAD
Baba Yaga teaches an essential lesson for anyone who intends to hold others: wisdom does not always require giving someone the answer. You begin learning how to create initiatory experiences that invite discovery, how to work with symbolic tasks, ritual objects, elemental practices, mythic imagery, land and sacred fire while leaving room for another person’s meaning to emerge, and how to recognize when your role is to illuminate a threshold while allowing the person before you to decide whether and how she will cross it. You will deepen your skills in spiritual discernment, place-based ritual, sacred-fire practice and the construction of experiential rites, while continuing to develop the priestess maturity required to distinguish between what you know, what you sense, what you believe and what must be allowed to remain mystery. The Oracle taught you how to listen. Baba Yaga teaches you how to carry your own fire when there is no map left to follow.

What happens to a culture when it forgets the feminine face of God? What happens to women when holiness is imagined somewhere above them, spiritual authority is represented outside of them, the body becomes something to control or transcend, desire becomes suspicious, and the ancient mysteries of blood, birth, death, earth, water, intuition, embodiment and cyclical life are pushed beyond the walls of what we are taught to call sacred? And what happens when, generations later, something inside of you begins to remember? Inside Altar, we go much deeper than just the traditional rose teachings. We follow the ancient Venusian current through Inanna and Ishtar, Astarte, Aphrodite and Venus, exploring the Morning and Evening Star, Cyprus, mermaids, sacred beauty, perfume, myrtle, mirrors, adornment and the rose itself. From there, we follow the Rose forward into the later mysteries surrounding Mary Magdalene, anointing, devotion and the feminine face of the divine. Mary Magdalene meets us at this threshold as a woman standing at the intersection of history, scripture, devotion, erasure and myth, carrying centuries of projection around her name. She was a follower of Jesus, a witness to the crucifixion and resurrection, while later traditions layered identities upon her that the canonical texts themselves never give her. Other early Christian writings preserve images of Magdalene as a recipient of teaching and a figure of spiritual authority, while centuries of art, legend and devotion gathered still more symbols around her: the red egg, the skull, the cave, the vessel, the long red hair, the anointing woman, the mystic.

Her Mystery asks us to consider what happens when feminine spiritual authority is rewritten, distorted or forgotten, and what might begin returning when you become willing to seek the sacred feminine beneath the layers that have been placed upon her. Perhaps the feminine face of God was never truly lost. Perhaps she has been waiting beneath the water for us to remember how to see her.

Through Mary Magdalene and the earlier, more original Rose mysteries, we begin with the earliest sources and trace them all the way back, eventually landing with Mary Magdelene. Her story opens a larger inquiry into the erasure and reclamation of feminine spiritual authority, asking what happens when women lose access to images of divinity that resemble their own bodies, rhythms, mysteries and ways of knowing, and what becomes possible when the Divine Feminine returns as a living sacred intelligence expressed through creation and destruction, grief and pleasure, body and spirit, earth and water, darkness and life. Alongside Magdalene, we follow the mermaid and water-woman threads that have surfaced again and again through folklore and feminine mythology, figures who inhabit the boundary between land and sea, civilization and wildness, the visible world and the mysterious depths beneath it.We allow the mermaid to become an archetypal companion to her Mystery, asking whether feminine sacredness ever truly disappeared or whether pieces of it survived beneath the surface, carried through saints, folklore, fairy tales, wells, springs, oceans, roses, caves, blood, bodies and the stories women continued telling one another.

We enter the priestess arts of sacred embodiment, water, anointing, blessing, devotional mysticism and sacred image, learning practices through which the feminine body and the living world can once again become places of encounter with the holy. Through the mysteries of sacred water, we explore wells, springs, womb wisdom, ritual bathing, libation, tears, blessing and purification, studying the ways water has carried sacred meaning across traditions while learning to approach those traditions with discernment and respect for their distinct origins. You will create your own water-based devotional practice and begin exploring water as a living symbol of intuition, emotion, depth, receptivity, memory and the unseen currents moving beneath the surface of life. Through the art of anointing, we work with oil, scent, touch, prayer and blessing as ritual technologies, learning how to prepare and consecrate an anointing oil and how anointing can be woven into devotional practice, threshold rites, blessing and ceremony.

Through The Woman They Tried to Rewrite, we turn Magdalene’s Mystery toward the stories that have been written upon you, examining the identities created by family, religion, culture, relationships, institutions, audiences and your own history, especially where someone else’s interpretation of who you should be became louder than your direct knowledge of yourself. We explore the spirituality you may have hidden because it contradicted what you were taught holiness should look like, the desires you learned to moralize, the body you learned to judge, the authority you placed outside yourself, and the pieces of your feminine nature that were labeled excessive, dangerous, unserious, sinful, selfish or profane. And from there, we ask what it would mean to reclaim the feminine face of the Divine within your own life, allowing sacredness to inhabit your body, pleasure, creativity, motherhood, ambition, wealth, beauty, sensuality, leadership, intuition, grief and desire without requiring those pieces of you to justify their belonging.Because the reclamation of the Divine Feminine changes far more than your spiritual practice; it changes how much life you are willing to receive, how much beauty you allow yourself to create, how deeply you trust your knowing, how visibly you inhabit your authority and how expansive your understanding of holiness becomes when the sacred is allowed to live within all of you.

As Beltane carries us into the lushness of late spring, we enter the mysteries of water, flowering, fertility, sensuality, beauty and the erotic intelligence of a world becoming abundant again, allowing the living earth to remind us that creation has always been embodied. Through flowers, water, scent, beauty and pleasure, we explore eros as the life force that draws us toward intimacy, creativity, participation, devotion and deeper relationship with the world around us.

THE PRACTITIONER THREAD
Mary Magdalene initiates you into the remembrance of priestess as sacred vessel, deepening your capacity to work with blessing, anointing, sacred water, devotional ritual, embodied prayer and the restoration of holiness to the places where it has been forgotten. You will learn to create ceremonial experiences that invite another person back into intimate relationship with the Divine, working with water, oil, scent, touch, beauty, prayer and sacred image as portals through which remembrance can occur, while developing your own language of blessing and devotion as a priestess.
This month also asks you to consider what it means to become a keeper of the stories that restore what has been erased, carrying myth, mystery and feminine wisdom into your own work in ways that allow the women you hold to remember something ancient within themselves.

Because perhaps this is part of the work of the modern priestess: to retrieve the feminine face of God from beneath the water, to restore sacredness to the body, and to remind women that the Divine was never somewhere outside of them waiting to be found. And beneath the entire Mystery lives the remembrance: She was never gone. She was in the water, the blood, the rose, the body, the story, the earth, the mother, the mystic, the lover, the priestess—and she has been waiting for us to remember her name.

And beneath the entire Mystery, we return to a question older than any single story: What if the feminine face of God was never lost, but carried beneath the surface through water, body, story and symbol, waiting for us to remember that we were.

There are places you can reach by following a map, and there are places that reveal themselves only when you have become capable of crossing the threshold required to find them.

Avalon belongs to the second kind. To reach Avalon, you have to cross. Across the water, through the mist, beyond the edges of the familiar world and into a realm where feminine power is sovereign, knowledge is embodied, wounds carry medicine, women gather in magical mastery, and the old rules governing who you were allowed to be no longer follow you. By the time you arrive here inside ALTAR, you have spent seven months being initiated into yourself. You have retrieved your Wild Skin, left the garden that could no longer contain you, opened the Oracle, descended through Inanna’s Seven Gates, claimed the Dark Feminine, carried Baba Yaga’s fire from the forest and remembered the feminine face of God through Mary Magdalene. Avalon asks what happens when all of that power begins to live inside the same woman. When you no longer simply practice magic, but become capable of inhabiting it. When your presence, beauty, voice, choices, standards, creations, relationships and the realm of your life begin carrying the signature of the woman you have become. This is the Mystery of the Sovereign Priestess.

THE MYSTERY — SCHOOL OF MYTH
We journey beyond the mist into Avalon, following the mythological threads of Morgen, the Nine Sisters, the Isle of Apples, the wounded king, the enchanted Otherworld, the Grail and the mysteries of sovereignty woven throughout the Arthurian world. Through Morgen, we meet the healer, enchantress, shapeshifter and sovereign Otherworld woman whose power refuses simple categorization, opening a deeper exploration of feminine magical mastery and what happens when a woman no longer requires her power to be easily understood before she trusts herself to wield it. Through the Nine Sisters, we encounter feminine power multiplied, the mystery of women gathered in magical knowledge and the potency created when wisdom, witnessing and ritual power move through a circle rather than remaining isolated within a single woman. Through Arthur’s journey to Avalon, we enter the mystery of the wound that cannot be healed within the kingdom where it was created, asking what parts of us require another landscape, another medicine and another relationship with power before we can return. And through the Grail and the wounded land, we encounter the ancient relationship between sovereign and realm, exploring the possibility that the world we create around us can only flourish to the degree that the one sitting at its center is fully seated within herself.

THE TEMPLE — SCHOOL OF MAGIC
We enter the Sovereign Arts of Avalon, working with enchantment, magical shapeshifting, sovereignty rites, enthronement, healing arts, Grail and vessel magic, glamour and the intentional embodiment of sacred power. Through Morgen’s shapeshifting mysteries, we explore the magical art of consciously moving between forms, identities and expressions of self, using ritual, adornment, movement, voice, symbol, visualization and embodied invocation to step deliberately into another expression of our power. The question shifts from Who am I? into something more expansive:

What form am I capable of inhabiting now? Through the arts of enchantment, we learn to work intentionally with beauty, scent, sound, dress, movement, atmosphere, symbol and sensory experience as magical technologies capable of changing the way a space is felt and experienced. You begin exploring glamour beyond appearance, learning how the priestess creates an atmosphere around herself, her rituals and the worlds she creates that invites others across an invisible threshold. Through sovereignty magic, we work with crown, throne, regalia, land and declaration, exploring the magical relationship between the sovereign and the realm she governs. You will identify the laws of your kingdom, the standards by which you intend to live, what you are responsible for protecting, what you intend to make abundant and what will no longer be permitted within the gates of the life you are creating. Through the Healing Isle, we explore the restorative arts of Avalon through ritual touch, laying on of hands, oil, herbs, sound, prayer, rest and energetic presence, learning how to create ceremonial conditions through which restoration and integration can occur. Through the Apple Mystery, we enter the relationship between knowledge and embodiment, working with the fruit that carries sweetness, seed, death, regeneration and the hidden star within its flesh. Here, wisdom is something to be consumed and metabolized, asking what you are ready to know so completely that the knowing becomes part of you and begins changing the way you live.

And through the Grail Mysteries, we enter the sacred technology of the vessel. Body as vessel. Womb as vessel. Heart as vessel. Life as vessel. The Grail becomes an initiation into your capacity to receive and contain more life, love, beauty, wealth, pleasure, visibility, creative force, responsibility, spiritual power and Mystery without abandoning yourself beneath the weight of what you have asked to hold. The question of the Grail becomes: What must the vessel become in order to hold what she has been asking for?

THE INITIATION — SCHOOL OF SELF
Through The Coronation of the Sovereign Priestess, you enter Avalon to reclaim the crown from an entirely different place than the woman who surrendered hers at Inanna’s Seven Gates. Inanna asked you to discover who you were when the crown was removed. Avalon asks whether you are finally ready to choose the crown that is actually yours. We explore the relationship between the sovereign and her kingdom, looking at the realm that has formed around you through your home, relationships, work, money, creativity, leadership, pleasure, standards, spiritual life and the body of work you are here to leave behind. Where has the kingdom been built around an earlier version of its sovereign? Where have you tolerated conditions that no longer belong within your gates? Where are you still ruling according to laws you did not write? What becomes possible when the woman at the center of the realm becomes fully seated within herself? You will choose your symbolic regalia, name the realm you are responsible for, identify what you serve and protect, declare the laws by which you intend to live and name what you are here to make abundant before being ceremonially enthroned as the sovereign of the life you are creating. The crown returns because you now know who you are without it.

THE SEASONAL THREAD
As the earth reaches toward the Summer Solstice and the longest light of the year, we enter the mysteries of fullness, radiance, ripening, solar power and the audacity of becoming completely visible. The earth does not apologize for abundance in June. She flowers, fruits, climbs, spills, reaches and takes up space, reminding us that there are seasons when the sacred invitation is no longer to descend deeper, but to allow what has been cultivated within us to become unmistakably visible. We work with solar magic, radiance, adornment, flowering and embodied abundance as we explore what it means to inhabit the fullness of our own lives.

THE PRACTITIONER THREAD
Avalon marks an evolution from learning individual priestess arts into understanding how those arts become integrated within the practitioner herself. You will learn how to construct transformational rites that use symbol, sensory environment, embodiment, adornment, ritual objects, witnessing, language and ceremonial action to move someone through a meaningful threshold, while deepening your understanding of enchantment, healing ritual, sovereignty work and archetypal embodiment as tools within the spaces you hold. Through Morgen, you begin exploring the practitioner herself as part of the ceremonial vessel, developing greater awareness of how your presence, voice, aesthetic, movement, boundaries, preparation and capacity to hold power shape the experience of those who enter your spaces.

There comes a point in the priestess path when remembering your power is no longer enough. You must learn how to wield it. In ancient Egypt, Heka was woven into the fabric of existence, the sacred power through which creation, healing, protection and transformation could occur. Words carried power, names carried essence, and among the great wielders of this magic stands Isis: goddess, mother, magician, mourner, healer and throne. Through the secret name of Ra and the re-membering of Osiris, Isis carries the mysteries of sacred language, hidden knowledge and the woman who understands that her voice can participate in creation. By Month Nine, you have learned to listen, descend, reclaim, embody and inhabit your power. Now Isis places another instrument into your hands: The Word.

Through Isis, we enter the mysteries of heka, the secret name of Ra, the restoration of Osiris, sacred naming, magic, healing and resurrection, exploring the power contained within names and the sacred act of gathering what has been fragmented and bringing it once again into wholeness. Her stories ask what happens when we understand language as something that can shape identity, carry intention and give form to what has previously existed only within the unseen.

THE TEMPLE — SCHOOL OF MAGIC
We enter the Sacred Arts of Heka, working with word witchery, sacred naming, invocation, incantation, prayer, chant, breath, blessing, spell construction and consecratory speech. Through Word Witchery, you begin noticing the language you have spoken so repeatedly that it has become incantation over your life, your money, your body, your relationships, your gifts and your future. You will learn to construct your own invocations, spells, prayers and blessings through intention, imagery, rhythm, repetition, breath and voice, while exploring the power of naming and the ways sacred speech can be used to bless objects, bodies, spaces, thresholds and moments of becoming. Throughout the month, you will begin creating a Book of Sacred Words, gathering your own prayers, invocations, blessings, chants, incantations and ceremonial language into your evolving Priestess Codex.

THE INITIATION — SCHOOL OF SELF
Through The Speaking of the Sacred Name, we turn Isis’s mysteries toward the language through which you have been creating yourself. What have you named yourself? What sentences have become laws within your life? What have you repeatedly declared about money, love, success, your gifts and what is possible for you? What desires have remained unnamed because speaking them aloud would require you to admit how much you truly want?
Earlier in the year, Lilith taught you to release the old vows. Isis now teaches you to become exquisitely intentional about the words you choose next. You will gather the pieces of yourself ready to be re-membered, name the era you are entering and speak a new sacred declaration into the circle.

THE SEASONAL THREAD
In the fullness of summer, we work with solar power, water, ripening, abundance and life force, drawing upon the relationship between the Nile, fertile land and regeneration as we explore the sacred relationship between what is spoken, what is tended and what eventually takes form.

THE PRACTITIONER THREAD
Isis initiates you into the conscious use of language as priestess technology, deepening your ability to write and speak original invocations, prayers, blessings, incantations and ceremonial language through rhythm, repetition, imagery, breath and voice. By the end of this Mystery, you are no longer relying entirely upon borrowed prayers or someone else’s ritual language. You are developing the voice through which your own priestess work can speak. The Word names. The Word blesses. The Word remembers. The Word gathers what has been scattered and gives form to what has lived within the unseen.

While asking what kind of magic becomes necessary when the life you are building is no longer small. This month, our magical workings are deliberately connected to bigness: the body of work you are here to create, the wealth you are capable of holding, the influence you may carry, the home and family you protect, the legacy you are building, the desires that require enormous courage to name and the sacred work that may take decades of your life to complete. Through Meeting the Dragon, you will enter an initiatory journey to encounter your own dragon as magical ally and guardian, discovering its nature, element, landscape, gifts and the treasure it has come to protect, while beginning to build a relationship with dragon energy as a symbol and current of fierce protection, expansion and primordial power.

This month we explore your ability to take your own magic, work and life seriously. What if your spiritual practice was never meant to remain tucked into the private corners of your existence while your ambitions lived somewhere else?
What if the woman creating the body of work, earning the money, leading the room, raising the family, making the art, building the home and dreaming the enormous dream is the same woman who speaks to the unseen, tends an altar, reads the signs, casts the spell and trusts what she knows? This month asks where you are still making either your magic or your ambition smaller so the two can comfortably coexist, and what becomes possible when you allow your spiritual power to deepen your capacity to create something enormous. We also look at what happens when the work becomes big enough, skilled enough, and valuable enough to protect, asking where greater visibility, wealth, leadership and creation require stronger boundaries, deeper discernment and a greater willingness to decide who and what receives access to you. This month culminates in a ceremonial working around the treasure you are here to protect and expand. You identify what has become precious enough to guard, whether that is your body of work, creative vision, wealth, family, spiritual practice, time, energy or something you are only beginning to bring into form, and create a protective talisman or ward to stand at its gates. You will also create a big magic working around something genuinely significant that you are calling into your life, drawing upon the magical arts you have gathered throughout the year and constructing the spell yourself.

THE SEASONAL THREAD
As late summer ripens toward harvest, we work with **herbs, grain, gold, gathering, abundance and preservation**, allowing the fullness of the season to remind us that creation carries another sacred responsibility: deciding what will be harvested, what will be stored, what will be protected and what deserves to grow larger in the seasons ahead. This is a month for gathering magical plants, creating preparations and looking at the abundance of your own life with the eyes of someone who understands that what has taken years to grow deserves to be treated as sacred.

THE PRACTITIONER THREAD
Circe marks the threshold where the magical arts you have gathered throughout ALTAR begin becoming **your own body of practice. You will learn to construct more sophisticated workings by layering plant, element, word, symbol, timing, protection, intention and ritual action, while deepening your ability to create spells, rites and magical practices from your own understanding rather than continually reaching for someone else’s recipe.

And as your magic grows, so does the responsibility to recognize what is worthy of your protection, what deserves your energy and what you are actually here to build with everything you have learned.

There are lives you cannot enter while keeping every former version of yourself alive, doors that cannot open until you become willing to close another, and moments when the next expansion of your work, wealth, leadership and life asks for a decision no oracle, mentor, audience or outside authority can make for you. Hecate meets us here. Torchbearer, key holder and guardian of thresholds, she stands at the place where roads divide, carrying the mysteries of transition, discernment, endings, beginnings and the woman who has learned to trust herself when she cannot yet see where the entire road leads.
By Month Eleven, you have spent almost a year becoming that woman. Now Hecate asks: What are you going to choose because of everything you know now?

Through Hecate, we enter the mysteries of the crossroads, the torch, the key, the threshold and the liminal space between one life and another, exploring what it means to become a woman capable of standing inside uncertainty without immediately reaching outside herself for an answer. The crossroads becomes a place of enormous power because every meaningful choice creates and closes possibilities. The key becomes the symbol of your authority over what you open, what you close, what receives access and what no longer belongs within the gates of your life. The torch becomes the wisdom required to move when you can see the next step without being given the entire map. Hecate teaches us that sacred authority is revealed through the choices we become willing to make.

THE TEMPLE — SCHOOL OF MAGIC
This month, our practice becomes the Art of the Threshold, exploring ceremony as a way of giving physical form to the enormous transitions women are so often expected to move through without ritual, witness or acknowledgement.
We learn how to create rites for beginnings and endings, expansions and departures, identity shifts, business evolutions, moves, relationships, creative thresholds, leadership changes and the moments when a former life has become too small for the woman standing inside it. We work with the symbolism of keys, doors, roads and flame, learning how ordinary objects and physical actions can become powerful ceremonial anchors for a transition, and how crossing an actual threshold can help the body participate in a choice that has already begun occurring internally. We also deepen into discernment as a priestess art, learning how to sit with a decision through reflection, divination, embodied knowing, signs, desire and practical reality without surrendering the final authority to any single source. The practice this month becomes less about making something happen through magic and more about becoming the woman who can recognize when the moment has arrived to move.

Through The Crossroads, we bring Hecate directly into the architecture of the life you are building. By Month Eleven, ALTAR should have made certain truths impossible to ignore. Perhaps the work you once loved is asking to evolve. Perhaps the business capable of carrying your next decade looks different from the one that brought you here. Perhaps you want more wealth, more visibility, more art, more freedom, more land, more travel, more leadership, more family, more spaciousness or an entirely different rhythm of living. Perhaps something that once fit beautifully simply does not fit anymore. We look at the crossroads appearing in your money, work, leadership, relationships, home, creativity, spirituality and future, especially the places where you already know what you want and are waiting for certainty before allowing yourself to choose it. Because building a big life requires an extraordinary capacity for endings. You will outgrow identities that once made you successful, ways of working that once made you money, relationships with visibility that once kept you safe, structures that once supported you and dreams that were once large enough. Hecate teaches you how to bless the road that brought you here without requiring yourself to remain upon it.

THE SEASONAL THREAD
As the Autumn Equinox arrives and the year begins turning toward darkness, we enter the mysteries of harvest, discernment, balance, release and selection, The earth does not carry everything she created into the next season. Some things are harvested. Some are stored. Some become seed. Some are allowed to die back into the soil. We allow the season to ask the same of us: What deserves to come with you into the life you are building, and what has completed its season?

THE PRACTITIONER THREAD
Hecate initiates you into the deeper art of holding women at thresholds. As a practitioner, leader, coach, artist, healer or guide, you will inevitably meet people in the liminal space where the old identity has stopped fitting and the new one has not fully formed. This month teaches you how to hold that space without rushing someone toward an answer, making her choice for her or attempting to remove the uncertainty that belongs to initiation itself. You learn to use story, questions, symbolism, ceremony, witnessing and threshold rites to help another woman hear herself more clearly and become capable of making the choice that belongs to her. Because after eleven months of initiation, Hecate is no longer asking whether you can hear your own knowing. She is standing at the crossroads with the torch in one hand and the key in the other, asking whether you trust yourself enough to build your life according to it.. You will name the road you have walked, honor what it gave you and consciously acknowledge where it ends, before turning toward the road you are choosing now.

You will work with your consecrated key and torch as symbols of authority and guidance, closing one symbolic door while opening another and physically crossing the threshold into what you have chosen. You do not need to know everything waiting on the other side. You need to know which direction is yours.

There is one final woman waiting for you at the end of the Mystery School. You have spent a year walking beside the Selkie and the Fox Woman, Lilith and the Pythia, Inanna and Persephone, Baba Yaga and Mary Magdalene, Morgan and Isis, Circe and Hecate, allowing each story to place another piece of the Mystery into your hands. And now, when you arrive at the final altar, there is no goddess waiting there to tell you who you are. There is only you. The final initiation of ALTAR is the return to the woman who has walked through all of it, carrying twelve months of myth, magic, ceremony, death, reclamation, knowing, power, sacred authority and lived experience inside her. This month asks you to gather what you have learned and decide how you will carry it into the rest of your life. Because the purpose of initiation was never to remain forever inside the temple. Eventually, the priestess returns to the world carrying the Mystery with her.

This month, we turn toward the ancient architecture that has been hiding beneath every story we have studied: departure, threshold, descent, ordeal, revelation, transformation and return. We revisit the myths of the year through the woman you are now, noticing which stories became mirrors, which symbols followed you home, which teachings entered your bones and which mysteries are still unfolding inside you. The final myth becomes the story you have been living. You look back toward the woman who entered ALTAR and trace the initiatory path between her and the woman standing here now, gathering the threads of your own descent and return into a personal mythology of the year.

THE TEMPLE — SCHOOL OF MAGIC
By the final month, there is no new magical system for you to learn. Instead, we enter one of the deepest arts of priestesshood: learning how to receive, recognize and develop the magic that is becoming uniquely yours. Throughout the year, you have encountered altar and devotion, divination and trance, elemental work, ancestor and spirit relationship, sacred speech and heka, enchantment, protection, plant magic, dragon work, thresholds, myth, ritual and the many ways humans have reached toward the sacred across time. Now we gather those threads and ask: What is your magic? We enter the mystery of personal gnosis, exploring how teachings, symbols, dreams, relationships with deity and spirit, recurring imagery, intuitive practices, lived experience, ancestry, land, creative instinct and years of spiritual practice can begin weaving themselves into a personal body of sacred knowledge. You will return to your Book of Mysteries and trace the symbols that followed you throughout the year, the practices that became alive in your hands, the deities and archetypes that continued calling, the magical arts that felt like remembrance, the practices that did not belong to you, and the patterns you can only recognize now that you can see the entire year behind you. From there, you begin creating your Living Grimoire: the magical cosmology that belongs to the priestess you have become. You will define how you understand and work with the sacred, what forces and beings inhabit your spiritual world, how you open and close your practice, the divinatory languages you trust, the forms of magic you wield, the symbols that belong to you, the protections you maintain, the devotional rhythms that sustain you and the mysteries you know you will spend years continuing to study. And then we move into the creation of personal magical technology. This is where practitioner becomes creator.

As part of your final Mystery, you will create a personal divinatory system from the symbolic language that has emerged throughout your initiation. Through cards, charms, stones, bones, images, words or another medium that calls to you, you will choose the symbols that have become part of your personal cosmology and develop their meanings through the lived relationship you now carry with them. The Wild Skin, the key, the cauldron, the rose, the apple, the dragon, the torch, the chalice or entirely different symbols that found you may become part of an oracle whose language could only have emerged from the year you have lived.

THE INITIATION — SCHOOL OF SELF
Through The Woman Who Returns, we look honestly at what this year has changed. What died, what returned, what did you retrieve, what became sacred, what became impossible to tolerate, and what do you now know about yourself that you can never again pretend you do not know? We look at how these initiations have moved through your money, work, relationships, creativity, leadership, home, desires, spiritual life and the size of the existence you are willing to create. You will gather the values, standards, devotions, boundaries, sacred responsibilities and truths you intend to carry forward while asking the question that brings the entire year into the material world: What will you do differently because of the woman you have become?

THE SEASONAL THREAD
October carries us toward Samhain, the final harvest and the thinning of the veil, when the wheel turns once again toward ancestry, darkness, death and the mysteries beneath the visible world. It is the perfect place to complete the spiral because the ending already contains the beginning. We gather the harvest of the year, honor what has died, give thanks for what has been returned and recognize that initiation itself moves in cycles, with each ending eventually delivering us to another threshold. The woman who began ALTAR retrieving her Wild Skin now reaches the edge of another winter carrying something she did not possess when she began: a deeper relationship with herself, her magic and the sacred authority to decide what comes next.

THE PRACTITIONER THREAD
Your practitioner initiation culminates in spiritual authorship. You will gather the myths, magical arts, symbols, practices, ceremonial language, divinatory tools and ways of holding others that have become genuinely yours, while identifying the mysteries that are asking for deeper apprenticeship beyond this year. You will define your own Priestess Code, naming how you intend to work with power, hold sacred space, honor the people who enter your work, remain in relationship with your own practice and continue becoming a student of Mystery even as you step more fully into leadership. The purpose of the year was never to create another version of the woman who taught you. It was to bring you deeply enough into relationship with Mystery that your own way of carrying it could emerge. The Mystery School began by teaching you how to enter the Temple. It ends with the recognition that you have become capable of carrying the Temple with you. The wheel turns, the doors open, and the Priestess returns to the world.
